Untapped Talent Consortium – Supervisor Training Series
The Power of Supervisors in Identifying and Developing Talent for Career Advancement
This four-part series is for experienced supervisors who have fundamental supervisory skills. In this series, they will learn about their key role in identifying and developing the talents of their staff. While talent identification focuses on identifying staff with the capacity for leadership or further advancement, talent development involves providing the environment, mentorship, and training opportunities to build the skills required to fill future roles.

This interactive, multi-session series will feature large and small group exercises, facilitated discussions, and practical application of the materials, including coaching and assessment tools. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of and ability to support staff career advancement and tools to support their success in identifying and growing talent within their organization. This training is $250.00 per participant.

This four-part series takes place on Thursdays:
Please note that all four sessions are remote. Participants will be sent a Zoom link for the sessions. Each session is 1.5 to 2 hours.
Requirements
Participants will be expected to be on camera during each session as this is a highly interactive training. There will be large group discussions as well as breakout rooms.
