Join ABN and UMass Lowell as we report the outcomes of our pilot AI Training for Immigrant Job Seekers. The purpose of the AI training is to empower immigrant job seekers with the knowledge and skills to leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively for career advancement. With the completion of our pilot cohort, we are sharing the lessons learned on how this population can use AI tools to advance their careers.
During this reporting session, we will discuss our training curriculum, instructional model, lessons learned from our evaluations and participant feedback, and the implications for immigrant workforce development.
