African Bridge Network, in coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD), SkillWorks, The Clowes Fund, Commonwealth Corporation, and Eastern Bank is proud to share the outcomes of the 2025/26 Cohort of the Immigrant Professionals Fellowship. The Fellowship is a partnership with employers to address racial and economic disparities in the workforce by creating a diverse talent pipeline whilst providing the opportunity for the fellows to get US working experience.

The 2025 Cohort placed 10 talented, diverse, and multilingual professionals with local healthcare and research institutions, allowing them to gain the needed US work experience to access jobs in the industry and advance in their careers.
