10 Years of Impact
Join us in celebrating the 10-year anniversary of African Bridge Network (ABN). Over the past decade, we’ve transformed the lives of hundreds of skilled immigrants, helping them rebuild their careers, unlock new opportunities, and make meaningful contributions to society.
The Need
Why do we do the work we do? Massachusetts has over 240,000 college-educated immigrants facing barriers to career advancement. These individuals play a critical role in solving the state’s employment challenges. The inability to connect foreign, college-educated graduates with jobs that match their skills costs the state approximately $2.3 billion annually in lost earnings and productivity.
Our Impact
Over the past 10 years, ABN’s career development programs have helped skilled immigrants across Massachusetts. Over 2,300 skilled immigrants have benefited from ABN services.
