Partnership Opportunities

We are actively searching for partner organizations who we can work with to meaningfully advance skilled immigrant professionals in Massachusetts. As a network organization, ABN relies on diverse organizations and individuals to fulfill our mission to support, connect, and uplift skilled immigrant professionals to reach their full career potential. We offer partnership through the direct placement of candidates and through our programs – Orientation Workshops for Foreign-Trained Professionals, Career Advising, Immigrant Professionals Fellowship, and Untapped Talent Consortium.

ABN provides value to…

  • Skilled immigrants who can use their transferable skills and knowledge and find viable pathways and professional networks to re-establish their careers in Massachusetts without necessarily starting from scratch.
  • Employers interested in building a talented, diverse pipeline of candidates with international work experience.
  • Employers with a significant foreign-born workforce seeking opportunities to support their career advancement.
  • Public entities interested in the economic advancement of this immigrant population, especially in their career development.

If you are an employer, service provider, funder, or supporter of our mission, consider reaching out and becoming a partner today.

Our programs are sustained through the generosity of our fiscal sponsors.

We invite you to join the network of sponsors like the Lenny Zakim Fund, the Eastern Bank Foundation, the School of Social Work, Boston College, and the Tomfohrde Foundation among others to help us tap into this diverse workforce and create a talent pipeline of skilled immigrant professionals for employers in Massachusetts.
