Amanda Bergson-Shilcock is a Senior Fellow at National Skills Coalition where she leads the organization’s work on adult education and workforce policies to expand opportunities for US-born and immigrant adults. Throughout her career, Amanda has worked with state and federal policymakers and skills advocates to develop policy solutions that address the challenges facing adult learners and jobseekers, including immigrant workers.

Nicole Cutrufo, PMP is the Global Project Manager & Founder of Doitwell, and a Digital Program Manager working with Customer-centric leisure and entertainment companies. She has 10 years of experience helping organizations transform and deliver great customer experiences. She knows how to create new products, go-to-market strategies, and build zero to one. She supported organizations scaling businesses and teams to thrive in a digital and international marketplace. In 2019 she started her Orlando-based consulting company, Doitwell, which operates between the US and Europe and leads international teams and projects. She is a co-author of various research papers about online and offline Guest Experiences. She participated as a panelist at the EU2019-Tourism Forum in Helsinki and BIT in Milan. Tiffany Hsieh is director of innovation programs in the Incubation practice at JFFLabs, where she works with innovative organizations to test and scale new models for learning and workforce development. Tiffany is responsible for strategy and operations for the Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work and has been featured in publications such as Workshift, EdWeek, and Inside Higher Ed for her perspectives on artificial intelligence.  Tiffany has over ten years of experience in strategy, research, and operations roles across the education, workforce, and technology ecosystem to drive equitable economic opportunity for all, including at Guild Education, Entangled Solutions, Accenture Strategy, and SRI International. Tiffany began her career teaching middle school special education as a Teach for America corps member. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

John Treadway is the CEO and co-founder of AI Technology Partners (AITP), a provider of advanced generative AI solutions for enterprises across multiple industries.
